Salad with smoked lumpfish, lumpfish roe and pink grapefruit april 3, 2016 18:45
It's the season for lumpfish and its roe right now. It is a healthy fish which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids. Try the easy and tasty salad. For 2 people you need the following:
3 smoked lumpfish fillets
1 bunch spring onions
2 tbsp. cress
50 g lumpfish roe
salt and pepper
Peel the grapefruit and clean off all the bitter membrane from fruit fillets. Cut lumpfish into small pieces. Chop the spring onions. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Serve with small piles lumpfish roe and garnish with the cress.
1 dl of sour cream
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 tsp. English sauce
salt and pepper.
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a dish from Lars Rank Keramik together with coarse whole wheat bread. Bon appetite!
