An exhibition at Design Museum Denmark

On Friday November 15, the exhibition THE CUPS AND THE CERAMICISt opens at Design Museum Denmark, which shows new cups made by 30 Danish ceramists. The exhibition is a journey in expression, materials and techniques, but also a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes, both in terms of the design process and insight into the ceramicists' thoughts behind the individual, handmade cups. As a perspective for contemporary handicrafts, the exhibition shows selected historical cups from Designmuseum Denmark's large collection, which spans from the 17th century up to the present day.

In connection with the exhibition, the book The cup and the ceramicist by Flemming Krogh and Claus Domine Hansen is published.
