Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order email lars@rank.dk quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been despatched then please follow the returns policy as detailed below.
Terms and conditions for the purchase of ceramic courses
There is basically no right of cancellation on our courses, as they take place on fixed dates or periods. However, we offer the right of cancellation on courses under the following conditions:
When you buy a ceramic course online at rank.dk, you are able to get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, if you change your mind.After 14 days of your purchase you will get a refund deducted 20% in administration fee. 3 weeks before the starting date of the course, no refund will be available. This also applies if you buy the course less than 3 weeks before the course starts, then the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses. But you are welcome to give or sell your spot on the course to someone else. If this is the case, a written notice must be given.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
Returns
You must within 14 days of receipt of your order notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification shall be given by mail, phone or the like. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to tap your right. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send with return. You find it enclosed with your order confirmation or HERE. Do you regret your purchase, or part of the purchase, send goods to: Lars Rank Keramik, MADE HERE!, Wildersgade 23A, 1408 Copenhagen K, Denmark together with a copy of your receipt. The amount will be refunded excluding shipping costs once the item is received. Items can only be returned if they are not damaged and has not been used. We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you:
1) receive your product
2) get the last good physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several goods that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately
Your order must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery till it’s return to us. And you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packaged securely. Note! We do not accept packages sent. COD (Cash On Delivery).
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
These agreements cannot be cancelled:Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Christmas shopping
All orders placed in November and December will be considered as Christmas shopping and these orders can be exchanged after Christmas. Just give a written notice before January 15.
The condition of the goods, when you send it back
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value if you wish to cancel your purchase and in certain cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. To receive the full amount in returned for your purchase. You may do all the same things as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back. In case of an impairment that you are liable to be deducted from the purchase. If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product.
Damaged Goods
When you shop at Rank.dk you have 24 month warranty. I will replace or repair the goods that are damaged during shippingor defective due to manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk. But I will be happy to help with repairs.
How soon should I advertise?
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you advertise within one months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
We need the following information when sending items to us:
When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Note We do not accept packages sent COD. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
